We collect, use and retain information about our customers for specific business purposes where we reasonably believe it would be useful (and allowable by law) in administering our business, and providing products and services, and other opportunities to our customers and advising our customers regarding such products, services and opportunities.

We collect the following nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources:

  • Information we receive from you on applications, on our on-line sites or other forms, such as your name, address, social security numbers, assets, and income;
  • Information about your transactions with us or others, such as account balance, payment history, and parties to such transactions;
  • Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency, such as your creditworthiness and credit history.

Maintenance of Accurate Information

We have implemented procedures to help ensure that customer financial information is maintained in a commercially reasonable manner so that is accurate, current and complete. We respond to all customer reports of incorrect or incomplete information and will correct customer information when we determine that it is inaccurate, all in a timely manner.

The Bank educates its employees so that they will understand this policy and the importance of confidentiality and customer privacy. Bank employees who violate this Policy will be subject to appropriate disciplinary measures.

We maintain and follow appropriate security standards and procedures designed to guard against unauthorized access to and disclosure of confidential customer information. We also are continually assessing new technology as it becomes available in order to continue to best protect our customer’s privacy.

Restrictions on the Disclosure of Account Information

We do not reveal the information we collect about you or our former customers, as identified above, to affiliates or unaffiliated third parties except as permitted or required by law. These instances may include from time to time (1) you request or authorize it; (2) the information is proved to help complete a transaction initiated by you; (3) the information is provided to reputable consumer reporting agencies; (4) to comply with legal reporting requirements or court orders; and (5) the disclosure is otherwise permitted.

We do not disclose any information about our customers to companies that perform marketing services.

Maintaining Customer Privacy in Business Relationships with Third Parties

We may share nonpublic personal information with an unaffiliated third party we hire or contract with to provide support or services for one or several of our products or services offered to you as a customer as permitted by law.
